Improving the results of a company's marketing and advertising efforts requires focused attention to the strategic message you're putting out into the marketplace at every stage of our business:Lead Generation, Sales Tools, Follow Up and on-going. However, most business owners simply don't have the time to devote to this critical process. I work with you to develop, create and implement all of these materials.Giving you the tools to start producing better results, faster, by engineering, designing and building a marketing messages that will free you and your sales team up to do what you need to do: Close Deals.
My approach starts with the development and delivery of your 5 Point:
Marketing Action Plan
Strategic Message Formulation- The foundation to your future growth. This process begins with a series of interviews between us and a few of your key staff members. The object of these interviews is essentially to pummel you to find out specifically what it is that makes you better than the competition. Once we analyze the information we've gained the interviews, we outline a message strategy based on what we think should be the basis for your Strategic Marketing Message. Upon approval, I create your "Master Letter" - The most important letter you'll never send - because it's the foundation to your business growth.
Lead generation- With your powerful new strategic message, I will tune up the content for on your current lead generators and assist your team to methodically follow-up on the results that each piece is pulling. Through this follow up process we are able to mix and match the lead generators that pull the best results so you can be sure that every dollar that you spend in advertising is making you a favorable return on investment.
Sales Tools- Once the Strategic Message is formulated and the Lead Generators are in place, we will develop any appropriate materials needed to assist your sales efforts at the appropriate points in the sales process. These Point-Of-Sale materials may include brochures, checklists, reports, and any other materials that might be needed in your specific situation.
Follow-Up- One of the most crucial points to the Marketing Action Plan is the systematic Follow-Up implementation. These follow-up pieces may consist of a combination of emails, postcards, and whatever other medium would be appropriate for your target market.
Maximization Strategies- This is the best part. Maximization Strategies are usually some of the least expensive and most profitable aspects of the overall Marketing Strategy. These strategies are designed to leverage your existing assets to both increase your average sale amount and increase the number of buyers who wouldn't normally purchase your product. These Maximization Strategies include things such as a pro-active referral system, endorsements, re-activation campaigns and any other applicable strategies that will increase your selling options.
